PharmaMax, founded in 2009 is based in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province and New Jersey, USA. The privately held company is a China-American joint venture between Jiangsu Changtai LTD and PharmaMax USA. This structure provides the perfect blend of international quality, scientific standards and governance with the ability to execute flawlessly within the complex regulatory environment of China. 

The PharmaMax portfolio is focused on high value prescription and consumer healthcare products which treat chronic conditions.  In addition, PharmaMax strategically partners with a number of international companies from the US and EU to bring breakthorough products to the massive China marketplace. 

For other customers, it offers turn-key "concept to commercialization" capabilities and services. 

The PharmaMax facilities are strategically located in Taizhou City and within the Chinese Medical City (CMC).  Our current facility is 3,000 square meters of floor space for R&D, cGMP Manufacturing and Office Adminstration.  PharmaMax is expanding operations to a new 16,000 square meter cGMP facility and company headquarters in early 2015.
