PharmaSecure is a mid-sized IT services and consulting firm that focuses on protecting pharmaceutical supply chains and supporting patient engagement and adherence. Founded in 2007 in New Hampshire, USA, the company operates from Nehru Place in Delhi and has delivered IDs to more than 6 billion drug packages across about 600 packaging lines for clients that include five of India's top ten pharmaceutical companies and several leading anti-malarial drug providers in Nigeria. 

It helps Indian exporters meet regulatory serialization requirements for multiple markets, with coded products exported to more than 50 countries. The firm was among the first providers approved by Nigeria's FDA for its scratch-and-text Mobile Authentication Service, a program in place since 2013 to combat counterfeiting. Monthly, PharmaSecure runs text- and voice-based programs that engage tens of thousands of patients and have shown substantial adherence improvements; it is also testing adherence for TB patients in India with support from USAID and the Gates Foundation. In March 2024, GS1 India recognized the company with an award for its standards-based implementations.
