Phi Mu Fraternity is a national, not-for-profit organization for women that supports academic achievement, professional development, and leadership through social activities, networks, and personal enrichment resources. Founded in 1852 at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia, Phi Mu is one of the oldest Greek-letter women's fraternities in the United States and has chartered more than 247 chapters nationwide. The organization is based in Peachtree City, Georgia, and maintains a substantial national membership. Operating in the non-profit sector, Phi Mu provides avenues for members to grow as students, professionals, and leaders through structured programs and peer networks. In 2017, the fraternity partnered with the Psi Chapter to host Wingfest at the chapter house after Homecoming, reflecting ongoing collaboration with its local chapters.
