We directly oversee complete operations and management personnel, including sub-contractors.  We are trained and experienced with all aspects of Condominium Management, with Community Association Institute certifications (P.C.A.M.®, A.M.S. Association Management Specialist and Certified Condominium Manager).  
Phoenix Company, inc. also has a Contracting Division offering General contracting services for all phases of project management, including management of sub-contractors and code requirements. We are fully insured covering liability and workman’s compensation, licensed with the State of Massachusetts. We begin the process with the homeowner’s vision and budget and then bring it to fruition.
