Services We provide Intensive Out Patient (IOP) Substance Abuse Treatment for Men & Women 18 and above. Our program supports current industry standards for client care while including the most current research based in neurobiology and attachment. Treatment Approach Phoenix Rising is the first treatment program created from the most current research regarding addiction as a pseudo attachment. The curriculum combines the latest research regarding the neurobiology of both addiction and attachment with a psycho dynamic emphasis. Phoenix Rising also honors the traditional elements of treatment including AA programming, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and DBT. The program and curriculum is presented from an attachment perspective increasing the safety of each individual. The clinicians of Phoenix Rising are trained and encouraged to become safe and secure attachment figures to all clients in order to maximize the security of each individual to aid their recovery. Owners Benjamin Kaneaiakala III the CEO of Phoenix Rising has 27 years of sobriety, clinical, operational, and management industry experience. Mr. Kaneaiakala is passionate about helping people and providing them with the tools necessary for recovery. Dr. Alia Kaneaiakala the Chief Clinical Officer of Phoenix Rising is a Psychologist & LMFT. Dr, Kaneaiakala has over 10 years of experience in this industry and enjoys working with all populations.
