The firm’s founder, Terri Pickens Manweiler, has practiced law for over seventeen years and has accumulated a wealth of legal experience in that time.  She has represented clients in jury trials, court trials, administrative trials, public hearings, and appellate cases.  She handles all levels of conflict resolution and has experience in administrative, judicial, and transactional settings.  Her partner, Shelly Cozakos Shannahan also has over seventeen years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.  She focuses her practice in the areas of business disputes, such as trial of employment related disputes including non-compete and trade-secrets agreements and labor and employment counseling.

Pickens Cozakos, P.A. provides exceptional legal services in the areas of real estate, business formation, estate planning, real estate and construction litigation, and general commercial litigation.
