Pickup operates a nationwide network of parcel pickup points and lockers in France, enabling customers to collect deliveries at convenient locations.
As a subsidiary of La Poste through Geopost, it runs the country’s leading relay and consigne network, comprising about 17,000 relay points and 6,500 lockers, with daily deliveries to these points performed by Colissimo, Chronopost, and DPD France.
The service is used by more than 90,000 e-commerce merchants that offer pickup options, including brands such as Vinted, Zalando, Amazon, and Decathlon.

Geopost's international network extends Pickup's footprint to 30 countries with more than 140,000 points globally, and in 2020 the company announced a partnership with Postmates to scale local delivery.
The company is headquartered in the Paris region, in Saint-Ouen, and it employs a few hundred people.
