As one of the Triad’s top anesthesia practices, Piedmont Triad Anesthesia provides an integrated platform of anesthesia services for adults and children, including general, regional, neuro-, cardiac, and acute-pain management. We are an independent professional association comprised of 29 board certified anesthesiologists, more than 100 certified registered nurse anesthetists, and six physician assistants. Depending on their area of expertise, many of our doctors hold additional certifications in specialty fields such as cardiothoracic anesthesia or postoperative pain management, and they regularly participate in advanced training and educational symposia. Our staff is able to stay at the forefront of rapidly evolving technology and techniques, as well as provide you, our patient, with the safest, most comfortable medical experience possible. Our group of highly trained anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNA) serve over 46,000 patients per year at area hospitals in the Triad. All of our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and our CRNAs are certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
