Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services is an electric distribution cooperative based in Ellsworth, western Wisconsin. It serves Pierce County and portions of Pepin, St. Croix, and Buffalo counties, delivering reliable electricity to rural customers. The cooperative has been in operation since its lines were energized on June 13, 1938. It purchases its electricity from Dairyland Power Cooperative, headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin. With more than 6,800 members, it serves about 5.7 members per mile of line. In 2023 it launched a 2-megawatt solar array to broaden its energy mix.
