Low Power Stages and Actuators for positioning and frequency generation, used in microscopy, spectroscopy, laser positioning, 3D scanning, probes and wafer handling, and autofocus systems.

High Power Actuators for pulse generation, fatigue testing, shaker systems, and vibration testing.
