Pike Street Press is a Custom Letterpress Design Studio and Retail Store/Gallery.

We are located in on the waterfront here in Seattle below the Pike Place Market. Our gallery showcases local print artists; we host everything from prints, broadsides to cards and mixed letterpress printed ephemera.

Our Letterpress Studio produces work that is printed on an antique printing press. Letterpress is one of the oldest styles of printing, and at Pike Street Press we use modern techniques and use environmentally friendly processes to produce products that are both handcrafted and unique. We strive to make the finest quality products, and while making products that we love.

Letterpress printing is inherently tactile and beautiful, and as a result of the handcrafted nature of letterpress, each print is subtly different. With letterpress, the raised image leaves behind a finely de-bossed impression that is both aesthetically pleasing and tactile.
