In January of 2003 Charles Hernandez and Michael Barnett founded Pinnacle Electric Inc. and started on a shoestring budget. Working out of one pickup and a home office they established the foundation for a quality progressive company. Their philosophy was to build a company on the sound principles of providing personalized service, above average quality of work, emphasizing safety, developing business relationships with customers, and offering it all at a competitive price. In the relative short history the company has increased revenue by at least 30% each year. The mast majority of our customers have come to us through word of mouth. We have a 95% customer retention rate since our inception. Our customer base is 80% industrial/manufacturing and 20% commercial service.
