Each consumer is no less valuable because of financial difficulties than if they were wealthy. As a non-profit credit counseling agency with over 30 years of experience, we provide credit counseling, budgeting, and debt management programs supported by Christian beliefs. It is our policy not only to help consumers get out of debt, but to educate them in budgeting practices. Our Accredited Credit Counselors are certified through the Institute for Financial Literacy and specialize in helping individuals solve debt management issues and learn strategies to avoid problems in the future. We are also a registered agency through Bureau Veritas and operate a quality management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, as well as a participant of the Better Business Care Program. Pioneer holds membership in the Financial Counseling Association of America. Pioneer Credit Counseling is a trade name of Black Hills Children's Ranch, Inc., which is a bonded non-profit 501(c)(3) agency with their corporate offices in Rapid City, SD.
