The Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) is a diverse, collaborative network of employee benefit plan sponsors. It serves as a forum where employers of varying sizes can collectively discuss challenges and advance the effectiveness of the United States’ voluntary employer-sponsored retirement system. In addition to member dialogue, PSCA functions as a resource for policymakers, the media, and other stakeholders to bolster retirement security for millions of Americans. The organization is based in Chicago, Illinois, and operates as a small-to-mid-sized entity within the public policy arena surrounding employee benefits. In 2025, PSCA announced the launch of a Retirement Income education program and signaled a broader effort with plans for a National Conference to bring together sponsors and related parties.
