PLASTARC is a consultancy dedicated to increasing the flexibility and desirability of space using social research and occupant engagement. We specialize in integrated workplace performance and help clients  leverage their real estate for optimal organizational performance.

Through CHANGE LEADERSHIP we are able to support clients in key areas: using space and place to encourage broader organizational change, supporting constant change and preparedness through flexible working, and helping groups and individuals via site specific training and education.

Our EXECUTIVE EDUCATION platform provides leaders and managers with the essentials for leveraging space as a management tool. Leaders discover how to better utilize space, location and workplace design as means of engaging their employees and reinforcing organizational culture.  

CONTINUOUS RESEARCH is pursued through collaborative partnerships with industry experts and academics. Recognizing the importance of innovation and learning, we are actively engaged in academic research, publishing initiatives, and continuing education for designers.
