We were formed in 2007 by “big law” partners who wanted to take a different approach to practicing law and serving our clients’ needs in the US and internationally. With 9 experienced “big law” partners, we have one of the largest transactional practices in the US. Snow III. Each of our partners have 17+ years of experience representing franchisors and trademark owners, and together, we have over 200 years of collective experience in all phases of franchise law counseling and litigation, our deep bench of seasoned attorneys and paralegals have the expertise to help emerging franchisors launch their franchise programs and to help established franchisors manage all aspects of their systems.
