Play began as Body Dynamics Physical Therapy in 1990. Dave Halberg, PT, has been an owner since that time, and recently became the sole owner. We became "Play" to let our name reflect what we are trying to do, and that is to get our clients back to whatever it is they love, their individual form of Play. We all recreate, we all do something that represents play for us whether that be sport, games, or just trying to keep up with our kids or grandkids. Sometimes we need a little help to be able to do those things. That's where we come in. 

We focus on getting you back to what you love when you have had an injury or surgery. We can help you fine-tune your strength and balance to help improve your performance in the activities you want to do. We utilize manual therapy (touch) and exercise all within the Spectrum South Bay, the finest Health Club in Los Angeles.
