The Plumed Horse Restaurant has been n institution in the South Bay since 1952. In 2008, Chef Peter Armellino came to Saratoga and established the vision of a Michelin Star restaurant in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Coupled with a Grand Award from Wine Spectator, the Plumed Horse provides one of the most unique and memorable dining experiences in the country. La Fondue was later acquired by the Plumed Horse Group and renovated into the upscale & eccentric dining destination that it is today. In 2018 Pasta Armellino was birthed into the marketplace as a boutique, hand made, fresh daily, pasta restaurant & marketplace. Chef Peter Armellino is back to his roots with making seasonal fresh pastas with his own concept of restaurants all located in the South Bay. The Plumed Horse Chocolaterie by Angelica provides the local community with beautifully hand painted, freshly made chocolates using the finest ingredients from all over the world.
