Plymouth Housing Group is a Seattle-based nonprofit that provides permanent, supportive housing to individuals experiencing homelessness who have few other housing options. Since its founding in 1980, the organization has developed 14 residential buildings in downtown Seattle and now serves more than 1,000 low-income or formerly homeless adults, with an additional 750 households housed in Seattle/King County through its Shelter Plus Care program. Central to its approach is the Housing First philosophy, which prioritizes stable housing as a foundation for addressing medical and mental health needs, complemented by wrap-around services. The organization has pursued a recent expansion in connectivity and client support, launching universal Wi-Fi across all buildings and conducting hands-on tablet trainings in December 2025 to help residents access health care, community, and opportunities.
