The organization was established in 2014 to combine the experience and strengths of its three principals. Donald O’Neill, Jeffrey O’Neill, and Jay Dacey have in excess of 25 years each of construction experience specializing in industrial, office, cold storage, high-bay warehouse and last mile logistics centers throughout New England. Polar Design is a single-source provider for all construction and development needs including design, construction, commissioning, and project management.
