Scientifically manufacturing injection molded critical-to-life™ components and assemblies for the medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary and dental markets.  Medbio is FDA registered with a QMS certified to ISO 13485 & 9001. We provide our clients with data-based processing methods and full process control on all injection molding presses through our SHOTSCOPE™ NX system located at each machine center, with remote access for management.

This results in industry leading low scrap rates across the entire plant, providing our customers with an efficient supplier that can be trusted to deliver the highest quality products. With every decision being backed by raw data, we take out the guesswork and get right to the solution.

With a comprehensive in-house tool room, we have the ability to manufacture all domestic tooling on-site and properly take care of our client’s assets in the most efficient manner when running production. Additionally, our customers can leverage the benefit of our 3D printed tooling capabilities by receiving their physical prototype parts in production grade materials for proper diagnostic and performance testing.

Our facility contains 28T-390T all electric machinery, Class 7 & Class 8 cleanroom operations and the latest Robotic automation technology. From our advanced engineering and technical expertise through our data driven methodologies and process control, our clients get their projects and production runs right the first time.
