Ponzi Vineyards was founded in 1970 by Dick & Nancy Ponzi, pioneering visionaries who recognized the Willamette Valley’s cool-climate potential and helped to create the Oregon wine industry we know today. Internationally acclaimed for its Pinot noir and Chardonnay from the Laurelwood District AVA, Ponzi Vineyards is rooted in sustainability. Vineyards are farmed using LIVE-certified and organic methods, enhancing soil health and safeguarding biodiversity. Wines are gently fermented using native yeasts in our gravity-flow facility, ensuring wines of purity and finesse that tell a story of place. The winery’s commitment to quality and innovation has kept it at the forefront of American wine for more than 50 years. In 2021, Ponzi became the first U.S. investment of Groupe Bollinger, securing the brand’s next chapter of growth and acclaim.
