The Population Health Alliance (PHA) is a small Washington, D.C.-based association that brings together more than a hundred member organizations and individuals. It seeks to align stakeholders across the care continuum to improve health outcomes for populations by leveraging advocacy, research, and education to promote population-based approaches that raise care quality and value, while reducing preventable costs and enhancing the quality of life for people with or at risk of chronic conditions. Operating in the wellness and fitness services sector, PHA serves a network of member groups and partners rather than direct consumers. The organization launched a Named Awards Program in 2024 to recognize efforts within its sphere and advance its focus on population health and wellbeing.
