PopUpThinkTank is a Minneapolis-based business consulting and services firm that focuses on facilitating rapid, 90-minute sessions designed to surface real-time human connection and collective intelligence within complex organizational contexts. Its approach aims to convert engagement and context into clarity, alignment, and forward momentum, addressing situations where leaders struggle to see clearly and teams feel overwhelmed by information without achieving movement. The company targets cross-functional teams and leaders navigating complexity, offering a structured, participatory format that prioritizes action and ownership over exhaustive meetings or mere consensus.

Founded and operated in Minnesota, PopUpThinkTank positions itself as a bridge between the realities of complex work and tangible progress, emphasizing participation without pressure and conditions for honest, high-leverage conversation. A recent development notes the launch of a 12-week cohort program intended to support tech founders in raising their initial funds, illustrating a broader engagement with startup ecosystems while maintaining its core focus on rapid in-action collaboration.
