The Port of Morrow, based in Boardman, Oregon, is Oregon’s second-largest port. It comprises four industrial parks offering shovel-ready sites ranging from 1 to 2,000 acres, supporting a range of industrial projects. The port is positioned at the intersection of river, road, rail, and air, providing a cost-effective alternative to larger metropolitan areas. While known for food processing, the port serves a diverse mix of industries and maintains state-of-the-art utilities, including clean water sourced from deep wells with a link to the city system and fiber optic connections across all parks. The Port offers multimodal access—barge on the Columbia River, rail on the Union Pacific mainline, and truck transport via interstates—with the Tidewater Terminal serving as a major container facility upriver of Portland. The industrial parks have easy access to Interstates 84 and 82, and Boardman Airport provides a 4,200-foot runway for corporate jets and general aviation.
