Porte’s founder, Hershey Porte, launched our company as a real estate brokerage. And he quickly grew it from there into residential and commercial development and real estate ownership. His success was thanks, in large part, to his remarkable sense of integrity. Today, we focus on developing, owning and managing properties. We started with a focus on Metro Vancouver and have expanded into Victoria and Calgary.

It’s been quite the journey to bring to life incredible places to live and work. Our growth over the last few decades has immersed us in many facets of real estate, which expands our knowledge and inspires us to be better. Porte has thrived throughout market cycles, trends and business landscapes. We’ve learned a lot about what people need and want in a home or commercial space. And along the way, we’ve never lost sight of who we are — people focused, committed to excellence, trustworthy and community builders.
