Portsmouth Football Club (PFC), founded in 1898, is a historic professional football club based on the south coast of England. The club plays its home fixtures at the iconic Fratton Park and enjoys a deeply passionate and loyal fan base, both locally and internationally. 

Widely known as Pompey – the club has a rich footballing heritage, having twice been champions of England (1949, 1950) and FA Cup winners in both 1939 and 2008. The club also spent seven consecutive seasons in the Premier League from 2003 to 2010, delivering top-flight football to the city and developing international recognition. 

Recent Successes: 
In the 2023/24 season, Portsmouth FC men's team and women's teams were both crowned champions, earning automatic promotion to the EFL Championship for the men and WSL2 for the women. This marks a pivotal step in the club’s long-term vision for sustainable success on and off the pitch.
