We are Designing, Building, Financing, Operating and Maintaining 16 miles of four-lane divided restricted access highway between US 52 and US 23 in southern Ohio. Known as the Portsmouth Bypass and officially designated as the Southern Ohio Veterans Memorial Highway, the project requires moving over 20 million cubic yards of rock & earth, erecting twenty three bridges, constructing five interchanges and completing all appurtenant improvements.  This is the first Public Private Partnership project for ODOT and the largest single highway contract issued by the State of Ohio. 
Portsmouth Gateway Group, LLC is an operating entity owned partially by ACS Infrastructure Development Inc., Infrared Capital Partners LLC and Star America Infrastructure Partners, LLC.
A four year construction period will be followed by a thirty five year operating period funded by availability payments.
