Positive Steps is a charitable trust based in Oldham in the Greater Manchester region, providing a range of targeted and integrated services for young people, adults and families. The organization operates through a mix of statutory, voluntary and traded services across its local community. Since its founding in 2001, it initially focused on teenagers and, from 2011 onward, broadened its remit to include employment support for adults aged 18–65 and work with troubled or complex families.
