Recently, Postal Vault has taken the mega-million secure mailbox industry to the next level by developing two distinctive variations and models, which can be installed at the curb, retro fitted to a 4x4 post or mounted door side. These are environmentally-friendly, decorative, secure mailboxes, unlike any ever before developed in the industry. The new PV Units will feature a patented prevention tray that will not allow any instrument or hand to be able to reach the mail once the top front door is opened and the mail is inserted by the Postal Carrier. The PV units will also feature interchangeable decorative panels that will offer a high degree of versatility for any homeowner, homeowner association or developer. Armed with its newly issued patent, the company has established manufacturing and distribution relationships with US based companies thereby creating jobs in the US versus overseas and allowing the company to have a “Made In The USA” label prominently featured on all models. The patent # US 7,988,035 B2 was issued on August 2, 2011.
