Posto features a full menu with antipasti, insalate, handmade pasta, grilled meats, fish and poultry, dolce and of course our Neapolitan wood fired pizza. The center piece of Posto is our Italian wood burning oven which allows us to cook pizza at temperatures in excess of 850 degrees. We import the finest “00” pizzeria flour and most flavorful San Marzano tomatoes from Italy and we use our own “Fiore di Latte” mozzarella cheese which is made fresh everyday. These ingredients combined with a slow fermentation of our dough yields a soft, chewy yet crisp thin crust that we believe is in the true spirit of classic Neapolitan pizza. We use local farmers and artisans whenever possible to create Neapolitan classics as well as exciting new ones of our own!
 
Posto also features an extensive wine by the glass program, over 50 select bottles, which are centered around Enzo, our imported Italian wine preservation system. Enzo allows us to pour rarer reserve wines by the glass that would otherwise be available only by bottle. This system allows you to taste many high end wines at a very affordable price. Posto’s beverage program is also complimented by a hand crafted cocktail list, homemade infusions as well as local and international beers.
