Our attorney, Nicholas Pothitakis and staff of 5 experienced legal assistants focus our attention on helping injured people to recover damages from employers, negligent parties and insurance companies. Our hard work and effort is undertaken with the primary goal of achieving the maximum result and recovery in your case.

For the past 15 years Mr. Pothitakis has focused his practice on Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Cases. The firm has two locations, one being in Burlington, Iowa and the other in Keokuk, Iowa. Mr. Pothitakis works with many area unions and employee organizations to provide advice, assistance and guidance as it relates to employment issues. The firm is a member of Union Privilege Legal Services and provides guidance and assistance to its members. In order to provide education to other lawyers and professionals, Mr. Pothitakis has spoken at numerous attorney seminars and conferences to provide the attendees the most up to date legal information available.

The legal assistants also attend seminars and conferences on a yearly basis to continue their education and make sure that the Firm has the most thorough and complete information concerning the law in their areas of practice.

Mr. Pothitakis provides free consultations to those with legal questions in the firms areas of practice. In this initial meeting or conference potential clients are provided advice on their need for assistance and how they need to proceed. If the client and Pothitakis Law Firm, P.C. decide to work on the claim, the client is given the ability to hire the firm on a contingency fee basis, in which the firm does not earn a fee unless a recovery is made. This provides protection to the client in that significant legal fees are not incurred and owed unless the a recovery is made.
