PoulSAT is a telecommunications company based in the Washington, D.C. region that specializes in satellite-based connectivity. It provides fixed and mobile satellite links and the design, management and co-location of hub infrastructure and virtual network operations, with VSAT deployments focused in Africa Central and Sub-Saharan Africa and configurations for double-hop or single-hop connections to meet client needs such as banking.
