Powertis is the project development and investment arm of Soltec Power Holdings, focused on large-scale solar photovoltaic projects. It covers the full project life cycle—from development through operation—and targets clients seeking end-to-end delivery of solar assets. Based in Madrid, Community of Madrid, the unit is a mid-sized operation led by an experienced management team with deep renewable energy expertise and locally connected development capability. 

The business maintains a sizable pipeline, with more than 10 GW of development or acquisition opportunities across Europe and the Americas. It has engaged in partnerships and co-development arrangements, including a 2022 agreement with Acea Group and a prior collaboration with Total SA for a portfolio in Spain. It has also delivered actual project milestones, such as a 112 MW solar PV project connected in Brazil, demonstrating its capacity to execute projects from development to operation.
