With over 70+ years of combined experience, our team is dedicated to making dreams come true for chiropractors throughout the country. Since 1995, we have been in the business of appraising, buying, selling, financing, and end-of-career planning with chiropractors from all walks of life. We work hard, with the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality, to guide doctors through all aspects of these transactions.  

As an attorney/broker, co-owner Kathy Gergen-Mandel is ready to help with all aspects of purchasing and selling a clinic, including obtaining financing for the transaction, exit strategy planning and implementation, and small business counseling.

Jerry Peterson serves as our broker and co-owner of Practice Brokers. He provides business brokerage services, small business counseling, business appraisals, and end-of-career planning. 

Heather Conrad is our Business Appraisal Specialist, ready to apply her valuation expertise. She has experience with appraisals relating to estate planning, stock acquisitions, divorce, resale, and office buy-outs.

Alyssa Trumbower is a highly qualified Administrative Assistant with a diverse resume of work experience in business management, administration, marketing, and customer service. She skillfully assists the rest of our team with data entry, paperwork processing, record keeping, client communications, and marketing projects.

As for our future? We continue to grow our team, our talents, and our time spent serving our growing generation of chiropractors. We are moving into the next generation of Practice Brokers Inc. by reaching out to future doctors through social media and email marketing.
