Practice™ is a life-changing exercise system founded in 2014. It's a group led class with highly individualized attention and instruction, with world-class teaching. Members work each of the major muscle groups to the point of exhaustion and then stretch that muscle group. These are one hour, intensive exercise classes. Our approach is more challenging, has more cardio, and has better adherence to the human structure and proper anatomy than other approaches. Practice, Inc. is an an exercise, performance tracking, and software-as-a-service company founded by Celebrity-Teacher/Trainer Eden de Rozic and Marketing Entrepreneur Scott de Rozic. The first location in the Greater Nashville area is our flagship studio to teach students, teachers, and VIPs. Eden's devotees include Cher, Cindy Crawford, Barbra Streisand and a long list of VIPs and celebrities. Practice™ uses the individual's body weight and other forms of resistance to isometrically work the muscles to exhaustion and speed up metabolism through increased cardiovascular strength. It's designed in Malibu and Nashville to be a more complete workout that maximizes performance while healing and supporting the muscles around the joints, systematically creating an anti-aging system that maximizes human potential.
