Prairie Dog machines have been building affordable boring machines for over 50 years.  We have machines in use on 6 continents and all across the U.S.

Whether you need to bore across a driveway, a highway or a runway we offer a full line of horizontal earth boring machines, ranging from a versatile 24 pound hand-held machine for 2" to 4" holes x 50 feet up to a heavy-duty 395 pound machine for 3" to 28" holes as far as 300 feet in length and many models and styles in between.

All of our machines are small, lightweight and easy to use.  In fact, even the largest of our machines can be hauled in a pick-up truck.  Prairie Dog machines are built to be more reliable, more rugged and less expensive to use compared to other boring tools. All have clutches and other safety features and are built sturdy to provide years of trouble-free operation.  The methods used to bore with our machines are simple, straightforward and time proven.
