Prairie River Home Care, Inc. is a Medicare Certified, Class A licensed home health agency that provides comprehensive health care services to clients of all ages, from newborn to elderly, in their own homes.  Experienced caregivers provide services prescribed by the client’s physician up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with reimbursement from individuals, Medicare, private insurance, HMO/PPO, Medicaid and County funding.

The corporate office of Prairie River Home Care, Inc. is located in Buffalo, Minnesota.  Direct client care is provided throughout 60 of Minnesota's 87 counties through a network of eight offices located in Fairmont, Hutchinson, Mankato, Marshall, Buffalo, Blaine, Rochester and St. Cloud.
