Prana Prenatal Yoga’s mission is to make conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting more easeful and intentional.

If you are open to conception, we offer a weekly Fertility Yoga class that calms the mind and provides peer support. Our Prenatal Yoga program reduces or eliminates many discomforts of pregnancy and helps you connect to your baby. We offer a comprehensive Birth Preparation program that includes Yoga For Labor, Pranabirthing, and Childbirth Ed and Breastfeeding Basics. Our Parenting offerings include Newborn Care, Infant CPR and Baby Led Feeding.

After baby is born, the New Mamas Support Group may be just what you need to help you adjust to your new life and responsibilities. When you’re ready to get back on your mat Mama and Baby Yoga is a wonderful option. Many mamas form long-lasting friendships via these offerings. You will also be eligible to join our amazing online private community, Prana Mamas.

As your child gets older, we offer Toddler Yoga, Kids Yoga and many women’s health and well-being Yoga Workshops to keep your body and mind feeling cared for. We also offer Meditation Coaching, Reiki, Private Lessons and Baby Shower Yoga.
