Since 1976, PRD Management has grown into a dedicated team of professionals who work diligently to provide professional management services throughout the mid-Atlantic United States. Specializing in affordable housing, we are focused on preserving, developing, and managing excellent quality housing communities for low to moderate-income individuals. 

PRD is unique in the way that we partner with HUD and building owners or sponsors -- first as a consultant, and then later as a long-term management agent, to help ensure properties are on the right track and set up for long term success. 

We operate with the goal of bringing a property to "as new" condition and then keeping it there for the benefit of all stakeholders and residents. 

PRD is a HUD-approved agency, and we have won numerous awards, including Communities of Quality Awards from NAHMA and JAHMA, best practices awards from HUD, and a great number and variety of awards from the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA). We have had the honor of being named NJ Affordable Management Company of the Year multiple times.
