Precision has worked hard to be the Southeast’s premier concrete contractor earned its ranking among the Engineering News-Record’s Top 600 Specialty Contractors as well as being in Concrete Construction’s Top 100 list of Concrete Contractors consistently for many years.  Since he founded the company in 1986 Leonard J. Moniz Jr. has guided the company from a one-truck place-and-finish operation to a multimillion dollar, full-capability concrete contractor.  The company has constructed vast total-frame concrete structures and industrial facilities for customers such as Porsche, KIA, and Bridgestone.  Precision is currently constructing part of the new Falcon Stadium.
