Precision Die Casting Inc. began as a captive high pressure aluminum die cast facility owned and operated by Rockwell Manufacturing in Russellville, Kentucky. Our facility was built in 1956 and quickly became a vital resource for the production of a majority of its parent company’s gas meter and regulator housings. During the 1980’s, the company began taking on custom programs for automotive and other industries. PDC specializes in high volume, pressure tight, thin wall, low porosity, cast and machined aluminum die castings. We currently have 28 die cast machines and +200 employees in our 255,000 square foot facility located in Russellville, KY. We are currently registered to ISO TS16949 and have adopted a 5S philosophy within our plant. PDC, Inc. has become a valued global supplier to our customers and a leader in the die casting industry.
