We are a low-cost producer of prefab tropical houses. We offer affordable prefab houses made of tropical hardwood such as bingkirai & merbau. Our prefab houses are the ideal solution for building in remote or hard-to-reach areas. Each house is built offsite at our factory, and delivered onsite to be assembled.

Tropical Prefab can custom build any projects for you. We are able to prefabricate from any detailed design and work with any architect our clients wish to nominate.
