Preferred Visions, LLC is a Des Moines-based management consulting and training firm helping organizations solve problems and create solutions. We have almost 40 years worth of experience helping people and administrations cope with changing business, regulatory, economic, demographic and political environments. Preferred Visions focuses on helping executives, managers, policy makers, and other organizational leaders at any level develop perspective as well as a strategic way of thinking and communicating, both inside and outside their respective organization. 

Preferred Visions specializes in providing "Consulting Solutions for Organizations" in the areas of public policy, school improvement, educational change, organizational improvement, and federal grant management.  Services also include keynote addresses, motivational speaking, "big picture" presentations, facilitating and leading groups toward consensus building, and formulating strategic visions.  We are committed to helping organizations evaluate and monitor internal and external change, as well as design strategies to make an organization more vital, creative, and forward-thinking.
