During its formative years in China, PreferUS identified early opportunities where U.S. clinical models, education, and operational expertise could meaningfully support the evolution of China’s healthcare system. This led to the creation of a training and consulting platform designed to deliver immersive, U.S.-based professional education. Through this model, nurses, physicians, and senior healthcare administrators from Chinese partner hospitals travel to the United States for extended observational and experiential programs at PreferUS institutional partner sites or facilities affiliated with individual investors.

In May 2025, PreferUS, having harnessed key resources made a bold and strategic expansion into China’s rapidly growing physical therapy market. Shortly thereafter, the company launched its flagship clinic, PT Chief, bringing U.S.-style physical therapy, rehabilitation, and sports performance services to Shanghai. PT Chief serves as both a clinical care destination and a scalable model for future expansion, reinforcing PreferUS’s long-term vision of elevating healthcare delivery through international collaboration.
