Premier Consulting Services, Inc. works with companies to reduce worker's comp costs and improve their safety programs.  Premier’s programs are directed at achieving certain positive changes in company culture. We believe that permanent changes in behavior cannot be made without changes in the workplace culture. Premier will be onsite on a scheduled basis to assess employee behavior at the point of job function and will use that information in regularly scheduled meetings that involve Senior Company Management and Line Supervisors.
