Premier Neurosurgical Institute was founded in 2010 by Dr. Vidyadhar Chitale MD FACS. The purpose of the Institute is to provide global attention to patient’s neurosurgical needs and a personalized experience. The practice present location was acquired July 2011. In office diagnostic evaluation with X-rays and MRI scan shortens the time and expeditiously takes decision making to the next level of therapeutic intervention, be it surgical or nonsurgical. A board certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist was added in September 2013. In April 2013 Premier Ambulatory Surgical Center was opened to provide expert minimally invasive surgical treatment for a variety of cervical, lumbar and peripheral nerve conditions. MISSION/GOAL We all work with one common goal “To provide excellent patient care and remain patient advocates at all times.” The future goal of Premier Neurosurgical Institute and Premier Ambulatory Center is to expand care in other aspects of neurosurgery that are presently not performed on an outpatient basis. The mission of Premier Ambulatory Surgery Center is to provide the very best healthcare possible. In many instances the contact between the patient and personnel will set the tone of their visit. One should always remember that this is a medical office and the welfare of the patient is the first consideration. No particular job is more important than this general purpose. Personnel may be asked, from time to time, to help with duties outside their primary work assignment. The understanding of our basic responsibilities to our patients as a whole is essential. The willingness to help and work with others is a very important part of their job. One’s personal success will depend as much upon the help of other fellow staff members as upon one’s own ability and efforts. Each will, in turn, depend upon and assist each other.
