Small firm, broad services Premier One Consulting is a small to mid-sized firm expanding from vocational consulting into life care planning, business consulting and marketing, with upcoming individual counseling. This presents cross-sell opportunities to clients seeking integrated advisory services and potential upsell from existing vocational engagements to broader consulting offerings.

Revenue scale potential Reported revenue of $10M-$25M indicates the firm operates at a scale where enterprise-grade consulting services could be introduced, including partnerships for larger projects, retainer relationships, and ongoing advisory arrangements with mid-market clients.

Technology stack Adoption of tools like GitHub, GoDaddy, Varnish, Fastly, Microsoft 365, EmailJS, JSON-LD, and jQuery suggests a modern, web-enabled delivery model. This enables offering IT and digital transformation, website optimization, marketing automation, and data-driven reporting services to clients.

Care and vocational focus Experience in Vocational Expert Testimony, Life Care Planning, and upcoming counseling indicates a niche in employee rehabilitation, disability accommodations, and life care outcomes. Potential sales plays include partnering with HR, benefits providers, and insurance firms for claims support, return-to-work programs, and care planning services.

Market positioning Operating in a space with large players like Easterseals and Goodwill, Premier One can differentiate through agility, specialized vocational and life care offerings, and a one-stop consulting shop model. Target mid-market organizations seeking integrated disability, workforce, and business strategy services.
