Premier Transitions is a national relocation company that manages all aspects of the home sale and the thoughtful handling of possessions with care, understanding, and efficiency.  Core services are Home Sale Management, Content Management and Move Management.  Our "4 D" program addresses all aspects of the Content Management through a process of Declutter, Discard, Donate and Distribution of the home contents.

Home Sale Management services produce quick home sales (listing to contract goal: 45-60 days) through a meticulous process that makes sure the property is able to compete successfully on a physical and price standpoint.

Move Management services include services through a national moving company where a move manager is assigned to each senior move.  Last year over 23,000 moves were managed by our moving company.

These three service categories work together to provide a turnkey approach for the entire relocation process to another city or senior community from virtually anywhere to anywhere in the US.
