Our systems and services range in scope from consulting and complementing a funeral home’s efforts to manage and operate their own pre-need sales program to where the client funeral home desires to outsource the responsibility for operation of a program to us. With this outsourcing of responsibility, the funeral home also transfers responsibility for the result and many funeral home clients find this beneficial in order to focus on the delivery of high quality at-need services. A key element that many of our clients value is that our principals own and operate a six location funeral home cluster located in central Iowa. As a result, all of the systems, procedures and operational practices that we recommend our clients employ are those that we practice ourselves.
